Manufacturing Manager

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead a team in Raynham, MA. This role will oversee production, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align production plans with business goals.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of eight years of professional experience.
• Ability to build interdependent partnering relationships that facilitate operational goals.
• Basic project management skills.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to be based on site and support up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or other relevant fields.
• Experience in a manufacturing operations environment, especially in healthcare/medical devices.
• Experience working in FDA‑regulated environments.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, financial competence, and lean manufacturing technologies.
• Formal lean six‑sigma/process excellence training or certification.

Other Qualities

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and balance multiple priorities.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated salary range for this role is $100,000 to $172,500. Additional compensation and benefit information are available through the Johnson & Johnson benefits program.
