Overview

Seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Engineer to develop and improve assembly processes for efficient, high-quality production. This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve assembly/test processes and tooling.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Support daily production and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Train technicians on new processes and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with design engineers on manufacturability.
• Develop tools and plans for new product launches.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Drive quality improvements and corrective actions.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or assembly engineering.
• Proficient in CAD (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and other manufacturing standards.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen preferred.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
