Keep production flowing and orders on time by moving materials with precision and care. In this role, you’ll partner with manufacturing, shipping, and inventory control to maintain stock levels, fulfill orders, and keep our warehouse running at peak efficiency.
A Day in the Role
Start your shift by reviewing priorities, checking dock schedules, and inspecting your stand-up forklift. You’ll stage raw materials for work centers, receive inbound product, and prepare outbound shipments. Throughout the day you’ll transact inventory in JDE using RFS and RF scanning, verify labels and packaging, and help with cycle counts—always with safety and accuracy in mind.
What You’ll Do
Process, stage, and load outbound orders to meet delivery commitments.
Operate powered industrial trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Receive, weigh, stock, and pack inbound and outbound materials.
Load and unload trailers with care to protect product and equipment.
Use JDE, RFS, and RF technology to record movements and ship product.
Deliver raw materials to designated production areas to keep lines supplied.
Support inventory accuracy through counts and replenishment.
Verify labels, packaging, and organization; inspect for damage and resolve issues.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Schedule, Location, and Pay
Position Type: Full-time
Work Location: Onsite - Mundelein, IL 60060
Shift: 2nd (2:30 PM – 2:00 AM)
Training: 3–5 weeks on 1st shift (5:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay: $22 per hour + $2.50
What You Bring
High School diploma or GED.
0–2 years of experience; prior powered industrial equipment operation required.
Stand-up Forklift certification and current forklift license.
Basic written and verbal communication skills; basic math ability.
Strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands
Lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Stand for extended periods with frequent bending and stooping.
Fine motor dexterity for handling small items.
Comfort working in a noisy environment.
