Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team onsite in New Britain, CT. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.

Handle 40–50 requisitions simultaneously.

Review applicants, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and support onboarding.

Utilize Workday for recruitment and tracking.

Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Take on additional tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
-
1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.

Experience with Workday.

Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating.

Experience in human resources and ATS systems.

No degree required.
Work Environment
The position is based in a hospital office setting with a family feel culture. The schedule is Monday to Friday, first shift, totaling 40 hours per week. The team operates in a non-profit environment, fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
