Summary Urban Design Group (UDG) is seeking a motivated and technically strong

Project Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, mentoring emerging designers, and collaborating across disciplines. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of exciting commercial and adaptive reuse projects, contribute to firm-wide leadership, and grow within an entrepreneurial, design-focused practice that integrates architecture, development, and construction management. Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited university 510 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on commercial, adaptive reuse, or mixed-use projects Professional licensure preferred or active pursuit of registration Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and BIM Collaborate Pro required Strong technical understanding of construction detailing, documentation, and code compliance Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience Ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, and project deadlines simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 LEED AP accreditation preferred Active interest in professional development, mentorship, and community involvement Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects from design through construction, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented studio culture Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on technical excellence and creative solutions Manage coordination among consultants, contractors, and internal design teams Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design strategy sessions Review and redline drawings and specifications for completeness and constructability Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, and accessibility standards Represent UDG in a professional manner with clients, partners, and the broader community To Apply: Please submit a cover letter, rsum, and portfolio of work.
