A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Miami, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work primarily remotely, with occasional in-person meetings in South Florida. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, gaining substantial hands-on litigation experience and mentorship from seasoned trial lawyers.
Duties
Argue motions, take depositions, and appear in court. Draft and file substantive motions in federal court. Interact with clients, experts, and witnesses. Take ownership of cases with team support. Participate in daily Zoom meetings to coordinate workflow. Requirements
3-7 years of litigation experience. Residency in South Florida for occasional in-person commitments. Honors distinction from undergraduate or law school (preferred). Experience in Federal Court as a prosecutor or public defender (preferred). Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Florida. Skills
