We are currently seeking to add an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to our team.
Responsibilities include: Appraising vehicles with strict adherenceto Competition Auto Group policies and processes Have a strong mastery of vAuto Maintain proper merchandising of all preowned inventory, including vehicle descriptions, photos, lot layout and point-of-sale materials Exceed all manufacturer metrics, including but not limited to off-lease purchases, CPO sales, and C3 standards Coordinate reconditioning process to ensure quick turnaround and maximize speed to market Manage, train, and motivate our sales team Structure and close deals Daily review of pre-owned CRM opportunities and engagement with the client and salespeople Work with the sales team to maximize utilization of CRM, Automotive Mastermind, AutoiPacket, and all other programs in place at the dealership What We Offer: Highly competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience Full benefits package Demo or demo allowance (your choice) Rare opportunity to be part of an outstanding dealership group with extensive resources and support
Current experience in retailautomotive sales management required Strong results and top-tier CSI is essential Must be well organized and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills. Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Looking for a progressive thinker interested in adapting to new ways of doing business Thorough knowledge of dealership technologies is essential Ethics, honesty, and commitment are expected Documentation of prior performance success and references required
