We are seeking an *Associate Attorney* who is organized, compassionate, and ready to take on meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of Illinois families.
*Responsibilities*
* Represent clients in juvenile, probate, and guardianship proceedings. * Conduct client meetings, prepare pleadings, and appear in court. * Handle DCFS appeals, adoptions, and related family law matters. * Draft and review legal documents, motions, and court orders. * Maintain organized case files and meet all court deadlines. * Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to provide excellent client service.
*Qualifications*
* Licensed to practice law in Illinois (or pending admission). * Experience in *juvenile law, DCFS matters, adoption, guardianship, or probate* preferred. * Prior *juvenile court or litigation experience* is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills. * Compassionate, ethical, and professional approach to client service.
