TRANSFER Trade Network is hiring: Warehouse Manager in Laredo

Role Overview:

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with U.S. Customs, FTZ, and CTPAT requirements. Ideal for a hands‑on leader with experience in distribution centers, international shipments, and cross‑border logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with CTPAT, FTZ, Hazmat, and In‑Bond regulations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, including serial number tracking, lot control, and system reconciliations.
• Oversee loading/unloading operations and verify documentation accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment; enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve productivity targets.
• Collaborate with the logistics, customs, and operations teams to optimize processes.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as throughput, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution center (preferably cross‑border or bonded).
• Working knowledge of FTZ operations, CTPAT compliance, Hazmat handling, and In‑Bond processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Tech Savvy.
• Forklift license (preferred).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (MUST).
