Role We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant to drive sales for cloud-based, innovative solutions into major life science organizations. You will deliver value-based product demonstrations and architecture presentations to prospects and customers, and develop a technical sales strategy to support Veeva as it grows and maintains market share in Germany and Europe.
Responsibilities
Identify customer’s challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and brings business value to the organization
Communicate product knowledge and valuable market insights to customers
Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product- and technology-related inquiries
Participate as a member of the sales team in all aspects of executing a sales strategy and building customer relationships
Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in either the life sciences industry or technology vendor for the life sciences industry
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Ability and skills for business application design and technology
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in a customer facing role in German and English (main working language is English)
Driven self-starter; able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field
Nice to Have
Prior experience in Pre-Sales Consulting
Understanding of SaaS solutions
Knowledge of workflows in the pharma ecosystem
Location and Status Remote Germany. Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
