About the Role:

This position is responsible for maintaining inventory levels and physical inventory process, conducting accurate counting of inventory, investigate, resolve shortages and reconcile discrepancies. A key component of this role is developing reports to find inventory errors and finding solutions to prevent future errors. Creates plan to correct found irregularities and shares results with leadership. Support the accuracy of product flow while processing, monitoring and closing work orders within the E1 JDE Enterprise Resource Planning System. Must have flexibility to adjust work schedule to meet with necessary personnel, to complete assigned tasks of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates the cycle count progress to identify necessary recounts and provides regular reports on the results. Analyze data, reconcile, and accurately process all inventory discrepancies and adjustments from cycle counts. Drives annual and quarterly physical inventory counts and is required to work extended hours during inventories if required. Own 5S of the finished goods and raw material warehouses Identifies aged and damaged inventory and completes Inventory Adjustment forms and inputs corrections in Inventory System Monitor product flow, supplies to ensure smooth operations without disruptions. Ensure a safe, clean work environment is maintained through proactive safety measures. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements

3 years related inventory experience, including monitoring warehouse flow and storage of goods is required. Shipping and receiving experience preferred. Solid understanding of distribution environments, inventory, and warehouse operations. Solid computer and reporting skills: (Microsoft Office, JDE, Paycom) JDE software experience preferred Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills Continuous improvement approach to processes Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
