This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts.ResponsibilitiesGrow and own a targeted account listDevelop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companiesManage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customersMeet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targetsContinuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospectsKeep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline dataQualifications3+ years sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segmentA proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logosExperience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and SatisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish and English, capable of effectively conveying ideas and engaging with clientsDesire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibilityTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
