You will lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business, drive scalable processes, and help build a high-performance culture. Responsibilities

Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business for the DACH region Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with a focus on growth Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Coach, manage and develop sellers with emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions Requirements

5+ years leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in Mid-Market Ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and own implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives Deep understanding of the business, with the ability to share insights and root causes behind KPI changes and recommend actions Analytical sales leader with strong experience using data to drive decision making Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner Excellent written and spoken English Native proficiency in German Total Rewards
