We are seeking a driven and dynamic commission based Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth by closing deals, managing CRM systems, and generating new leads. Must have extensive experience closing B2B deals and within relationship building and lead generation. BPM-PR Firm specializes in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Technology and Events; we also work cross-industry for businesses, entertainment, experts, authors and more. Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and optimizing our CRM system. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This is a hybrid, full-time position that reports directly to the CEO and Operations Manager. Experience within an agency setting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct multi-channel lead research, generation, and outreach.

Identify and develop new sales channels and strategies for the firm.

Manage leads on a day-to-day basis and ensure timely follow-up.

Oversee sales pipeline management and communicate updates to management.

Prepare compelling proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Keep CRM system updated with accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Schedule and coordinate sales meetings.

Close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Create detailed case studies showcasing successful client projects.

Collaborate closely with the email marketing team on campaigns and strategies.

Implement drip marketing strategies for leads that go silent.

Identify opportunities for corporate events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing reports.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Conduct outreach and lead generation for sponsorship sales.

Attend regular sales networking meetings for BNI Chapter and other applicable networking organizations (remotely or in person).

Participate in and contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a PR agency or related industry.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Flexibility to travel as required.

This is a remote position.
