This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in New York, NY. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service inquiries, conducting sales calls, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. No cold calling, we provide all the leads both inbound and outbound.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction

Experience in Account Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
