BSN SPORTS is hiring a
Sales Support Professional
to join our team and serve on the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from park and rec departments to youth leagues and schools by increasing community spirit and pride. Duties include following the order process from start to finish, to include order entry, order follow up, and lead follow up. Following an order from processing through invoicing Managing sales reports for orders processed Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS) Responsible for order management- communicating issues between sales and other departments Responsible for keeping an open communication with vendors Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers Continuing education around knowledge of Products Activities directly associated with any order challenges. Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook required SAP experience preferred Strong outgoing personality with a passion for working with an outside sales professional Must have strong product knowledge with excellent communication and follow up skills Must be detail-oriented and possess strong multi-tasking abilities Education/Experience High School Diploma/GED College degree preferred Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
