We are looking for a suitable and experienced GTM Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for smartphone launches, including product positioning, pricing, distribution, and marketing plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, product management, sales and marketing to ensure alignment and efficient launch execution. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer needs. Develop compelling value propositions and messaging to effectively communicate product benefits to target customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and retailers to drive sales and market penetration. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry. At least 3 years working experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Passion for the smartphone industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Must be able to communicate in Chinese. Proficient in Spanish is a plus.
