Your Responsibilities:

Oversee daily service shop workflow and technician dispatching to maximize productivity

Support Service Advisors by providing technical insight and assisting with customer communication

Ensure timely and accurate repair order documentation, technician notes, and job punch times

Review vehicle repair progress and keep customers informed of delays, approvals, or changes

Provide leadership and mentoring to the advisor team to ensure high performance and morale

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, acting as a point of escalation

Conduct quality control checks and test drives when necessary to confirm repair quality

Maintain an organized service lane, accurate job status board, and clean customer lounge

Assist with onboarding and training new service personnel

Ensure all required authorizations are obtained before performing additional repairs

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in a dealership or independent shop

Deep understanding of repair timelines, technician dispatching, and R.O. documentation

Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with standard repair procedures

Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills

Experience with dealership management systems (CDK preferred)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

Positive attitude and desire to grow into a leadership role
