If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role where business acumen meets field leadership, this is your seat at the table. Your Mission: As a TCE Project Manager, you'll lead
$3.5M–$4M in annual wireless,
Wireline or EV construction project revenue , ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and always exceeding expectations in safety and quality. You will: Oversee
multiple concurrent wireless projects
from mobilization to closeout Build and deepen
customer relationships
— grow current accounts and drive new business Coordinate with internal teams: Construction Managers, crews, project controls, and finance Ensure every project hits key metrics:
timeline, quality, safety, and profitability Recruit and allocate resources, manage budgets, and resolve issues in real time Coach and retain top talent across CM, Crew Lead, and Technician levels Conduct site walks, review scope, approve closeout packages, and manage reporting Conduct safety inspections and drive continuous improvement at every step Requirements:
Key Responsibilities at a Glance: Strategic Operational Leadership Expand customer footprint Lead multi-site project delivery Develop & mentor field leaders Maximize project ROI Mobilize crews and assets Enforce safety & quality standards Mitigate risks Track reporting & financials Build team morale & accountability Who You Are: 3–5 years
of project management in wireless/telco OR
5+ years
construction leadership, including financial, cost & profit metrics Successful history of
delivering AT&T, VZ, TMO or Dish or equivalent carrier work Experience as a GC (General Contractor) managing
multiple
crews/sites/projects Proven communicator, relationship-builder, and team leader OSHA 30 required; Comtrain Train the Trainer is a plus Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a bonus Strong in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PM platforms Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR; CDL preferred Willing to travel
