About the Role

The company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Cybersecurity to join their executive team. In this crucial leadership position, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive information security and cyber risk management strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and implement robust security protocols, oversee risk assessments, and develop threat intelligence and incident response initiatives that comply with various regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen the organization's resilience while promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, alongside 5-8 years of leadership experience in information security. An in-depth understanding of cyber risk frameworks and regulatory compliance is essential, as well as the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to design and maintain comprehensive security measures that align with the organization’s objectives and safeguard its digital assets.
