About the Role
The Company is seeking a Supplier Cybersecurity Assessor VP to join their Supplier Assurance Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth technology and cybersecurity control assessments of supplier environments, with a focus on those services hosted in public cloud providers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of the company's data and services in the supply chain. The VP will be expected to stay abreast of the latest cyber risks and adversarial tactics to effectively evaluate and enhance the security posture of suppliers. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships are essential, as is a proactive approach to identifying and addressing cybersecurity risks and weaknesses. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in technology, technology risk and controls, cyber operations, application security, cloud security, network security, or cyber resiliency within a large enterprise. The role requires subject matter expertise in cybersecurity operations, including defensive architectures and processes, and proficiency in incident management and related processes. Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information to business stakeholders, are a must. While not mandatory, hands-on experience in red teaming, blue teaming, or penetration testing, as well as relevant certifications such as CISSP or CCSP, are considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at partnering with both internal and external stakeholders, and will be instrumental in driving process improvements to enhance the company's defensive risk posture.
