Role Overview
The Strategic Account Director will manage Amiseq’s most critical client relationships, ensuring long-term success and growth across multiple service lines. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of enterprise account management and a track record of scaling strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth across geographies.
Develop and execute account strategies tailored to client business objectives.
Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives, fostering long‑term partnerships.
Identify and drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across service towers.
Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Monitor account health, performance, and profitability.
Qualifications
10–12 years of experience in strategic account management; experience of running at least $7–10M revenue quota; consistent track record of selling project business.
Experience in Bio Tech/Bio Sciences & High-Tech giants in bay area
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience with dual shore delivery models.
Excellent relationship-building, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
High emotional maturity, executive presence, and a hands‑on leadership style.
