Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer. This role supports the Founder & CEO and works across a fast-growing portfolio of businesses, managing priorities, scheduling, communications, and cross-company initiatives. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs, bring structure and calm to a high-output executive’s environment, and partner with multiple brands and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s complex and evolving calendar — schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, plan travel, and ensure time is spent on the highest priorities. Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all inbound requests, managing communication across email, Slack, and social platforms. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and post-meeting recaps; track follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, media interviews, and podcast appearances — including scheduling, briefing materials, and on-site coordination. Help manage internal deadlines and cross-functional projects to ensure decisions move forward efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters related to company operations and the CEO’s communications. Plan internal meetings, team off-sites, and company events — including agendas, venues, catering, and materials. Anticipate needs before they arise and bring structure, clarity, and calm to a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or entrepreneur. Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills. Ability to handle multiple projects with discretion, urgency, and precision. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, AI tools like ChatGPT, and other productivity tools. A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you take initiative and own outcomes. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Marlborough, MA 2–3 days per week. What Success Looks Like
