We are currently searching for a Part-time Shipping/Receiving clerk to work with a stable client located in St Tammany.
Hours will be M-F/12-4pm.
Pay $16-$18 per hour.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all products are received and dispatched accurately. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order fulfillment. Perform order picking, packing, and staging for shipment in accordance with company standards. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications before shipping. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using RF scanners and MRP systems. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the warehouse for efficient operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating equipment within the warehouse. Required:
High School diploma Able to lift up to 50lbs Possess prior experience entering data into a database accurately Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred. Capability to perform tasks such as picking & packing orders efficiently.
