UniTek Global Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable professional to serve as an Office Assistant and be the backbone of daily operations at our Hutchins Division in Shepherdsville, KY. Someone who brings energy, organization, and a proactive mindset to every task. You'll play a key role in supporting our team, streamlining processes, and ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Keep the office organized and support associates to maximize efficiency Sort and distribute communications promptly and professionally Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room setup and meal delivery logistics Monitor office supplies and proactively manage inventory and shortages Troubleshoot office-related issues and respond to requests with urgency and care Collaborate across departments to ensure policy compliance and smooth operations Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and customers Serve as the welcoming face of the office-answering phones, directing calls, and greeting guests Handle weekly time entry for employees with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate and manage breakfast/lunch orders for the office when requested Keep the kitchen stocked and organized Process invoices and ensure timely payments Manage utility setup and disconnection for remote job sites Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management with a can-do attitude Job Requirements:
Proven experience in office support, back-office assistance, or administrative roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Familiarity with office equipment and technology Solid understanding of office management procedures Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow instructions with minimal supervision
