Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Document Control Specialist / Quality Administrative Assistant
to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll ensure our physical and digital records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company standards. You'll also support supplier transparency through precise data entry and effective collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Document Management Organize, file, and archive both physical and digital documents using clear, consistent naming conventions. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards. Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and completeness. Data Entry & Record Accuracy
Enter and update information in various systems with precision and attention to detail. Maintain accurate records to support supplier transparency and reporting needs. Software Proficiency
Create, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word. Use Excel to manage and analyze data-including formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Team Collaboration & Communication
Partner with colleagues across departments to support ongoing projects and process improvements. Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and help ensure efficient workflow. Continuous Learning
Quickly adapt to new software and tools, including document approval systems. Stay informed on best practices in document control and data management. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in document management, data entry, or administrative support (experience in Quality or Compliance a plus). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new software quickly. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
