Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.

Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.

Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.

Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls

Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Previous experience in customer service or data entry

Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality

Pay Details:

$16.00 per hour
