Overview
Symbiotic Services is seeking a
Document Control Specialist
to support engineering operations through document creation, updates, and change management. This role involves collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and ERP systems to ensure up-to-date and accurate product documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create foam sets and coordinate with vendors
Set up new items and model shells in Oracle
Perform costing for new models and update cost information
Create and revise Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Maintain weekly BOM quality data and update engineering backlog
Participate in the Beta production process
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to new projects
