Job Title: Warehouse Picker (Temp-to-Hire)

Location:

Carlstadt, NJ

Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)

Overview:

Adecco is hiring for a

Warehouse Picker

on behalf of a well-established local client in the Carlstadt, NJ area. This is a

temp-to-hire opportunity

for a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking to grow within a stable and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and process small items using a

manual pick ticket system

Handle a

high volume of items daily

(500-1,000 items)

Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy

Work efficiently while upholding

quality control standards

Stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the majority of your shift

Read and understand pick tickets and basic English instructions

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals

Requirements:

Previous experience

in warehouse picking or a similar role

Ability to maintain

accuracy and speed

in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with

repetitive walking, standing, and manual labor

Must be able to

read and comprehend basic English

Experience working in a

quality-checked environment

is preferred

Dependable with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
