Position Details:
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, starting at 3pm until finish.
Various Warehouse Roles are available (Forklift Operators, Pickers, Stockers, Order Selectors, Palletizers).
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour, with incentive potential up to $19.50.
The cooler and freezer environments range from 36°F (2°C) to -10°F (-23°C). Freezer jackets are provided for your comfort.
Position Purpose:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for moving and tracking all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. This includes offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Receiving all inbound merchandise and locating proper pick locations. Restocking order pick and flow lines to prepare the warehouse for order selection. Ensuring adequate product placement to accommodate routine or special demands. Maintaining attention to detail in areas including balers, aisles, racking, and floors. Transferring merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location. Consolidating merchandise into picking containers as needed. Packing products securely in cartons and totes. Marking cartons/totes with shipping ID, truck run, and stop number. Ensuring safe and efficient movement and tracking of products within the warehouse. Maintaining inventory integrity by adhering to system processes. Pulling orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list. Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Performing end-of-shift tasks, including charging power equipment and verifying completed work. Maintaining an orderly workstation and returning supplies and merchandise to assigned locations. Following all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures as per company guidelines. Ensuring a safe work area and reporting any unsafe conditions immediately. Performing other related duties as assigned. Qualification: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent required. Willingness to work the scheduled hours and required overtime. Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products weighing up to 90 pounds in various heights. Able to work in a multi-temperature environment including cooler, freezer, and dry areas. Must obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation. Successful completion of post-offer drug test and criminal background check is required.
