Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP Accounting Operations Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our SAP accounting operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to meet business needs. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP systems, accounting principles, and operational processes.
Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements related to SAP accounting operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions. Provide support for SAP system configurations and enhancements. Identify and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, specifically in accounting operations. Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to finance and accounting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience with system testing and user training is a plus.

Pay Range: $75 - $80
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
