A large chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Technical Project or Program Manager to join their End User Services and Digital Workplace organization. In this role, you will oversee and manage end-to-end project delivery for end user services which includes developing and executing project plans, timelines and budgets. In this role, you will create and manage portfolio plans using Microsoft Planner, work with teams on status updates and task delegation, as well as support user experience improvement.

Required Skills & Experience - In depth knowledge of end user services, including IT support and user experience. - Familiar with digital workplace tools and platforms - Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar. - Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles. - Knowledge of end user services metrics and KPIs - Skilled in Microsoft Planner - Certifications obtained: ITIL Certification, PMP
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
