Job Summary/Overview
The Aftermarket Project Specialist is responsible for identifying and developing aftermarket sales opportunitiesthrough proactive outreach and responsive communication. This role involves engaging with potential and existingcustomers via inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and other platforms to drive growth and ensure satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop aftermarket sales opportunities through inbound/outbound communications across leads, email, andother channels Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, knowledgeable support and follow-ups on quotes Quote spare parts, competitor belting, and other components to drive aftermarket growth Collaborate with Client Services and internal technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience andresolve complex issues Document customer interactions using CRM software to improve service, identify trends, and report insights tomanagement Review quote requests, define requirements, and coordinate with the proposal team to prepare accurate initialand revised proposals Collect and analyze cost data-including labor, materials, systems layouts, and services-to develop compliantand competitive pricing Partner with engineers, drafters, commercial and operations teams to align pricing strategy with broaderbusiness goals Support sales teams with pricing tools and resources to help communicate value effectively Monitor pricing models and market conditions to recommend and implement price adjustments Create analytical models to identify discrepancies, summarize performance data, and provide actionableinsights for decision-makers Evaluate products and services to ensure proposed pricing meets margin objectives Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
Displays professional verbal and written communication Ability to build relationships both internally and externally to support customer needs Demonstrates knowledge in product lines and their applications A team player that seeks input from others and contributes to the team effort to achieve a common goal Ability to organize, prioritize, and approach task with a sense of urgency Attention to detail. Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all areas involved Required Qualifications
High School Diploma 3+ years of Customer support experience preferred Benefits
