Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Dispatcher or Scheduler in Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, or Medical industries 2+ years of data entry experience with proven ability to multitask effectively Experience creating service work orders and dispatching technicians Comfortable working with Project Managers, Sales Managers, Field Technicians, Installers, clients, and vendors Experience handling multiple phone lines, transferring calls, and managing high call volumes Background in Commercial or Residential service environments
