is seeking a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.

In this job, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, pull and pack outbound spare parts orders, and parts inventory readiness and accuracy while communicating with urgency on all aspects of the position and ongoing activities with all stakeholders and assisting in additional warehouse-related tasks as needed

Primary job responsibilities:

Responsible for pulling, issuing, packaging, and shipping items for order fulfillment Receive all Parts items orders from trucks, document the receiving with pictures as needed, and update ERP as needed. Immediately report discrepancies to the Parts Manager. Load and unload trucks with forklift and hand truck. Prepare shipping documents for outbound shipments (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL). Pull and package items in boxes and on pallets for outbound shipments. Assist the ERT Warehouse and Receiving with their duties on large orders. Responsible for the Parts inventory readiness and accuracy

Parts warehouse must be maintained in a clean and organized state. Take the initiative to optimize the warehouse for maximum storage and efficient order picking. Capture manufacturer information, product dimensions, specifications, etc. in ERP system for product searching & Consolidation. All Parts items in inventory shall be properly packaged, maintained and ready to ship in good condition. Create new locations in the warehouse for new inventory. All Parts items are properly marked and identified and match the ERP system. Responsible for completing cycle counts daily or at Management's discretion. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management Communicate with urgency on all ongoing activities with all stakeholders in a professional manner

Provide clear, transparent, complete, and timely communication. Take the initiative by keeping all stakeholders abreast of ongoing activities Qualifications:

The individual in this position should be personable, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to all of the forces around them - customers, suppliers, department employees, co-workers and manufacturers employees.

A high school diploma or equivalent, two years experience in warehouse and inventory management. Experience with warehouse/ material handling equipment and supplies. Skills:

Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Excellent personnel relation skills. Good computer and systems knowledge. Attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and storage yard. Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Advanced understanding of warehouse and inventory procedures Forklift operations experience preferred Physical Requirements:

Use of hands, fingers, and wrists frequently Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Bending, twisting, lifting, stooping Work Hours and Environment:

Working hours are M-F 9 am to 5:30 pm Work Environment is a a warehouse & Outside loading and unloading areas This position reports to the Rural Hall, NC, location
