We’re building a next- platform serving thousands of restaurants and diners—and our build pipelines must scale to match that growth. We’re hiring a
Senior or Staff Build Engineer
to own and evolve CI/CD across backend, frontend, and mobile systems.
Hands-on iOS build pipeline expertise is required.
You’ll ensure engineers can ship confidently to production and app stores—quickly, reliably, and with minimal friction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Own and scale build automation
— design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, runners, signing agents, and artifact storage to support fast, reliable releases across platforms.
Lead mobile pipelines , especially iOS — automate versioning, provisioning, code signing, TestFlight distribution, and App Store submissions via Fastlane or tooling.
Embed quality and traceability
— integrate testing, linting, coverage metrics, and dashboards to ensure reliability and visibility.
Apply an SRE mindset
— track SLIs, monitor pipeline latency, automate alerts, and resolve failures rapidly.
Automate for speed and resilience
— enable caching, parallelization, Terraform-based environments, and instant rollback workflows.
Mentor and collaborate
— coach developers on reliable build configs, signing practices, and branching models.
Drive innovation
— evaluate next-gen CI/CD tools and infrastructure for scalability and cross-platform parity.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in Build, CI/CD, or Release Engineering, with production-grade automation ownership.
Proven, hands-on experience managing iOS pipelines (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, TestFlight/App Store delivery).
Android CI/CD experience (Gradle, keystore management, Play Store delivery).
Expertise with tools like GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Bitrise.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Ruby, or Fastlane config).
Familiarity with Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, and runner provisioning.
Ability to debug complex build issues across environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Bonus Points
Experience supporting large-scale mobile releases (App Store & Play Store).
Familiarity with GitOps or mobile CI platforms (App Center, Bitrise, Codemagic).
Cross-platform app experience (React , Flutter).
Operated self-hosted macOS build farms.
Background in regulated environments (PCI-DSS, SOC 2).
