Responsibilities & Requirements

Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm -- no call or weekends

14 - 18 patients per day

Outpatient setting

Team includes 1 NP and 1 LPN

Anesthesia available for all procedures

Treats adult patients with varied acuity levels

Minimum 3 years recent experience required

Hospital privileges required
