RFx Bid Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Manager to lead the bid process for assigned bids within the Global Public Sector of our SaaS client. You will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the bid lifecycle, creating and editing high-quality bid content, and developing and maintaining our content library. You will work closely with internal teams to gather information and ensure alignment. This role requires a strong understanding of bid management principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the bid process for assigned bids within the Global Public Sector of our SaaS client.
Develop and manage all aspects of the bid lifecycle from initiation to submission.
Create and edit high-quality bid content and maintain the content library.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a proposal development or bid management role.
Experience managing government proposal responses (federal, state, or local level).
Prior experience managing bids for a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Chat).
Highly Desirable
Experience with Loopio, Qvidian, or similar proposal management software.
APMP certification and/or PMP certification.
