Data Entry Specialist – Licensing Support Location: Phoenix (border of Tempe) | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $17/hr • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • W2 • Start date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT The Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records across over 5,000 agencies. This position supports licensing operations through high-volume data input, document indexing, and coordination with agency contacts to ensure timely processing of renewals, appointments, and audits. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Enter and update Error & Omissions and License Renewal requests in internal systems • Process new agency appointments and track required contract documentation • Index agency documentation into the licensing department imaging system • Handle producer appointment requests, including priority same-day entries • Communicate with agency personnel during compliance and documentation reviews MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent • 3+ years in a clerical, administrative, or business-related role • Basic understanding of the insurance industry (Property & Casualty preferred) • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite • AS400 • OnBase • RightFax (preferred) • ACT (preferred) PREFERRED SKILLS • Accuracy and speed in high-volume data entry • Exposure to licensing, compliance, or audit workflows • Customer service experience in a business or agency setting By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
