Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid Salary: Up to $180,000 (DOE) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Senior FP&A Manager Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple departments Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives Prepare and present reports for executive leadership and board-level stakeholders Support long-range planning and scenario analysis initiatives Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems Senior FP&A Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Strong general ledger and financial reporting background Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills This
