$110,000 - $160,000 , commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with the option to add family members 401(k) plan with a 5% company match , ensuring long-term financial security Opportunity to play a key role in shaping business strategy through data-driven insights Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Provide detailed financial reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making Partner with business leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, capital investments, and cost-saving projects Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations for senior management Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through strong analytical review and variance analysis Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and financial visibility across departments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Excellent communication abilities with proven success partnering across departments
