We are a professional services firm seeking a

Bookkeeper

to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate, timely records to support business operations.

Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications. Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper: Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payments.

Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank/credit accounts.

Track expenses, client billing, and payroll entries.

Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial reports.

Support auditors and leadership with financial documentation.

Qualifications of the Bookkeeper: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Strong Excel, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
