We're looking for a Lease Administrator / Portfolio Manager to keep our global real estate portfolio running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll manage lease data, payments, and compliance with precision—while also supporting cost savings initiatives and acting as a connector between landlords, project teams, and facilities. Responsibilities: · Lease Documentation & Database: Review, abstract, and maintain accurate lease records (Visual Lease). Audit and reconcile lease data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Track critical dates (renewals, expirations, escalations) to keep the business ahead. · Financial Administration: Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of global lease payments. Verify invoices for rent, CAM, property taxes, and other charges. Support cost savings initiatives through invoice audits, property tax appeals, and recovery strategies. Track and collect Tenant Improvement Allowance reimbursements. · Coordination & Communication: Serve as a key contact for landlords, brokers, and internal teams. Support project management and facilities teams with day-to-day lease coordination. Assist with renewals, amendments, and documentation during transactions. Ensure timely signature, retention, and communication of lease documents. Required Skills: · 3–5 years of lease administration, portfolio management, or related real estate experience. · Strong understanding of commercial lease terms, rent structures, and compliance requirements. · Experience managing global lease payments and financial reconciliation. · Proficiency with lease management systems (Visual Lease a plus). · Analytical mindset with attention to detail—you don't miss discrepancies. · Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Legal, Project Management, and Facilities teams. · Strong organizational and communication skills to juggle competing priorities.
