Position Overview: The Treasury Manager will oversee all aspects of cash and banking management and play a key role in the company's liquidity, forecasting, and capital management strategies. This individual will also support risk management and insurance administration. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can balance daily treasury operations with process improvement and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and short-term investment activities • Oversee all banking relationships, account structures, and related fee analysis • Optimize cash management processes to ensure efficiency and control • Lead cash flow forecasting and reporting for leadership and finance teams • Coordinate with lenders on compliance, debt, and covenant reporting • Partner with accounting, FP&A, and operations to ensure accurate cash projections • Assist with insurance renewals, claims tracking, and risk management initiatives • Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to support company growth Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CTP preferred) • 7+ years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience • Strong understanding of banking systems, cash forecasting, and debt management • Experience within a manufacturing or multi-entity environment preferred #INOCT2025 #ZRCFS #LI-HK1 #LI-Onsite
