$62.02 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates LTC Closed Door Pharmacist Highlights This position is a
contract-to-hire
assignment with potential to convert permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is: Position 1:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position 2:
Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tempe, AZ LTC Closed Door Pharmacist Responsibilities Accept and dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal laws Monitor patient medication compliance and identify over-usage patterns Ensure prescriptions are accurate and appropriate for each patient Maintain confidential and accurate patient and pharmacy records Advise patients on medications including dosage, side effects, and drug interactions Provide consultations on both prescription and non-prescription drugs Educate patients on medical devices such as glucose meters and blood pressure monitors Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions as required Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes LTC Closed Door Pharmacist Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
degree required Active Arizona Pharmacist License
