- Work closely with the VP of FP&A in a hands-on, strategic role that positions you for future leadership Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst: Collaborate with business unit leaders to deliver impactful analysis and insights that guide strategic and operational decisions Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles with detailed modeling and scenario analysis The Financial Analyst will consolidate and analyze financial results and KPIs across departments and present actionable insights Create and enhance models to evaluate performance, profitability, and financial trends As a Financial Analyst you will assist in preparation of board materials, investor reporting, and executive-level presentations Lead or support ad-hoc analysis related to new initiatives, pricing, capital projects, or operational changes Ideal Background for a Financial Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar roles Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Tableau or similar tools a plus
