Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient inventory management, materials handling, and order fulfillment processes. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team of warehouse staff, implement best practices, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels through effective inventory management systems to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.
• Oversee materials management, including receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline dispatching and transportation processes.
• Develop and manage budgets related to warehouse operations, ensuring cost‑effective practices are implemented.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to promote a productive work environment and enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar managerial role within a warehouse setting.
• Excellent skills in materials management and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with budgeting practices related to warehouse operations.
• Proficient in dispatching procedures and managing third‑party logistics (3PL) relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
