Responsibilities

Coordinate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline dispatching and transportation processes.
Develop and manage budgets related to warehouse operations, ensuring cost‑effective practices are implemented.
Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to promote a productive work environment and enhance team performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar managerial role within a warehouse setting.
Excellent skills in materials management and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with budgeting practices related to warehouse operations.
Proficient in dispatching procedures and managing third‑party logistics (3PL) relationships.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
