Role Overview The Manager, District Sales, Strategic Channel Partners maintains, prospects, and closes accounts within the assigned territory, with a focus on the Strategic Channel Partners market. This role creates a sales strategy and executes the plan of action, with support from the management team. The role develops and maintains strong relationships with accounts, driving increased sales and meeting sales quotas. Responsibilities include account calls, travel organization, forecasting, resource management, prioritizing accounts by potential, and closing sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

Account Management & Account Mapping: Maintain high level of customer service and account profitability; increase sales and develop future opportunities through proactive prospecting; contact accounts, qualify them, secure presentations, and close leads; participate in related vertical market events (trade shows, seminars, associations).

Sales Strategy Development: Develop territory sales strategy and actionable plan to achieve/exceed regional goals; analyze current/targeted customers with actual and projected results; monitor activities and adjust strategy as needed; provide feedback to management.

Administration & Reporting: Provide monthly/weekly sales reports detailing opportunities; maintain updated calendar with sales appointments.

Experience & Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum 7 years in sales or client-facing roles; experience managing accounts in a defined region; experience driving business and increasing sales over assigned accounts

Minimum 1 year in roles with related product markets or industry knowledge

Software/Technical Skills

Understanding of printer/scanner/labeling solutions; proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP CRM

Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Maintain positive client relationships; increase sales and close accounts; excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; ability to diagnose and solve customer issues

Additional Details For This Role This role is remote and field-based with no fixed office schedule. Territory: New York and New England area. Travel is expected up to 50% of the time (approximately 6–8 trips per quarter).

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : The targeted base salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 per year. Base salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, plus other factors per company guidelines.

Additional Compensation:

Eligible for a $26,000 annual sales bonus (at 100% of target, with potential to exceed); eligible for a 6.86% bonus at 100% of target; bonus awards discretionary and contingent on performance and company objectives.

Auto allowance paid monthly; related to business vehicle maintenance. Travel & Entertainment policy covers mileage and travel expenses.
