Wage : $163,072 - $175,000 / per year*

Job Duties : Plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting and implementation. Includes managers in specialized construction fields, such as carpentry or plumbing.

Manage commercial projects within our core markets: healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences and commercial. Work closely with all members of the project team, project executives and regional leadership teams and will be responsible for the following: Manage project team members (senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator). Mentor, develop and train project engineers for fast‑paced growth. 100% detailed/hands‑on knowledge of project scope. Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports. Key point of contact with owner and architect. Challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work team. Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results. Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects. Manage procurement of all scopes for construction projects. Lead meetings with client, designers, subcontractors, and consultants. Handle contract and change order negotiations. Responsible for ensuring safety and quality practices are upheld in the field.

Some telecommuting is permitted.

Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a project engineer‑related occupation.

• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a project engineer‑related occupation.

Special Requirements Position requires at least five (5) years of experience in each of the following skills:

Utilize knowledge of CMiC to review and manage Contract budget, cost, expenses, Subcontractor contracts, Subcontractor budget, Insurance, RFI’s, Submittals, Change Order Requests, schedule, quality, meeting minutes, Monthly Status Reports, Accountant Receivable, Accountant Payable, Forecast, and Field daily reports;

Utilize knowledge of Bluebeam Revu to review design documents and various other PDF format documents;

Utilize knowledge of Bluebeam Revu Studio to manage design coordination and constructability reviews;

Utilize knowledge of VueOps to manage construction warranty, and facility maintenance;

Utilize knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 Docs and Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage project documents, including design documents, RFI’s and Submittals, manage project closeout and punch list items tracking, manage assets, and host and document meetings;

Utilize knowledge of On‑Screen Takeoff to quantify design documents and accurately provide construction estimates utilized during Preconstruction phase;

Utilize knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 Glue to coordinate Building Information Modeling or BIM between various design in 3D format, and to glue and coordinate subcontractor fabrication model with design model;

Utilize knowledge of Textura to review and manage Subcontractor contracts, monthly billings, budget and change orders;

Utilize knowledge of Navisworks to review, navigate, coordinate, and analyze design in 3D format during construction phase.
